  • When & Where is the Women of God Conference & Events held?

    We have our Better Together Conference on Saturday February 22nd 2025 from 10.00am – 4.30pm and an evening event on November 16th 2024 called Girls’ Night In from 6.30pm – 9.30pm at The Gateway, Addlewell Lane, Yeovil, BA20 1QN

  • How much is the Conference?

    Ticket prices for Better Together are £30. We do have an Early Bird price of £25 until December 31st. The student price is £20, OAP £25.

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can no longer attend?

    You can receive a full refund (less any Brushfire booking fees) up to and including 12th January 2025.

  • How can I buy a ticket for this Conference?

  • What if I can’t attend after the refund date has passed?

    Unfortunately we cannot process refunds after 12th January 2025

  • Are there creche facilities available?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a creche service for Conference.

  • Is there disabled parking available at the venue?

    Yes, we do have a limited number of disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders only at The Gateway. Please contact us before the event and we can then allocate you a parking bay number. You can also be dropped off by the entrance if you would prefer. Please message info@womenofgodconference.org.uk for blue badge holders wanting to reserve a space.

  • Is there parking near the event?

    Unfortunately, there will be NO parking for conference delegates (except for those with a disabled badge) at the Gateway. The nearest all day car park is located in Stars Lane which is just a couple of minutes walk to the venue. The cost is £4.70 for all day parking. There will be parking attendants in High visibility jackets to direct you from the car parks. Do say Hello to them as they do an awesome job.

  • Does my registration include refreshments?

    Yes, morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided for you free of charge. We will provide water throughout the event in jugs for you to help yourself or top up your own refillable bottles.

    There will also be a coffee van outside the venue where you can purchase barista coffee if desired.

  • What do we do about Lunch?

    You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or there will be a coffee van outside that sells sandwiches, snacks along with barista coffee. Yeovil town centre is a few minutes walk and has numerous eateries and sandwich/snack options.
